1. Information We Collect

When you interact with our platform, register an account, or submit an application for publication, we may collect the following categories of information:

• Personal Identity Data: Name, Email Address, Contact Phone Number.
• Application Store Metadata: App Title, Package Name (Application ID), Short & Long Descriptions, App Category, Privacy Policy URLs, and Account Deletion URLs.
• Application Binary Files: Signed Android App Bundle (.aab) files, App Logos, Screenshots, and Promotional Graphics.
• Payment Transaction Records: UPI Transaction IDs / UTR Numbers, Cryptocurrency Transaction Hashes (TXID), and payment screenshot receipts. We do NOT collect or store your bank passwords, debit/credit card CVVs, or crypto private keys.
• Affiliate Partner Data: Payout UPI IDs, Bank Account Details, and referral statistics.

2. How We Use Your Information & Service Fees

We process collected data exclusively for legitimate operational purposes:

• To upload, configure, and manage your app release on the Google Play Console Production Track.
• To perform pre-launch quality assurance and Google Play Developer Program Policy compliance checks.
• To communicate live application review status, approval confirmation, and Play Store URLs.
• To verify genuine payment transactions and credit affiliate commissions.
• To prevent fraud, spam, malicious code distribution, and abuse.

3. Intellectual Property, App Ownership & Easy Console Transfer

You retain 100% intellectual property ownership of your Android application, branding, and assets. JMD WORLD does not inject third-party ad SDKs, analytics tracking, or proprietary code into your .aab bundle. Your app is published strictly as compiled and signed by you.

4. 1-Year Console Hosting & Annual Maintenance Terms

Initial publishing covers 1 full year (365 days) of active hosting and live maintenance on our 2018 Verified Organization Console.

5. Data Storage & Security Standards

Our infrastructure employs enterprise-grade security protocols:

• HTTPS & SSL Encryption: All data transmissions are encrypted using 256-bit TLS/SSL encryption.
• Server-Level Access Restrictions: Upload directories are protected with strict .htaccess rules that disable script execution.
• Server Disk Cleanup: Once your app is published on the Google Play Store, binary .aab files and heavy media can be permanently removed from disk upon request or through automated console cleanup routines.

6. Developer Policy Liability, User Reports & Zero JMD WORLD Liability

As the application creator, you are solely, 100% technically and legally responsible for your application's source code, in-app content, user data handling, financial transactions, and compliance with Google Play Developer Program Policies.

7. Review Timeline & Google Rejection Policy

Under normal conditions on our Verified Organization Company (Since 2018), applications are processed and released within our standard 6 to 7 business days timeline.

8. User Rights & Account Data Deletion

In compliance with global data protection regulations and Google Play User Data policies, you have the right to:

• Request access to all data associated with your profile or submissions.
• Request immediate deletion of your submitted files, account, and contact records from our servers.
• To request account or data deletion, email our Data Officer at info@jmdworld.in with subject "Data Deletion Request". Requests are processed within 48 hours.
