Guaranteed 6 to 7 Days Publishing Timeline ā€¢ Verified Organization Console Policy

1. Service Commitment & Publishing Timeline

JMD WORLD provides direct Android application publishing services through our Verified Organization Company (in continuous good standing since 2018).

āš” Standard Promise Timeline: All compliant applications submitted with full metadata and verified payment are reviewed, prepared, and submitted to production within 6 to 7 business days (average turnaround: 3 to 5 days).

āš ļø Google Rejection & Resubmission Cycle: If an application is rejected or flagged by Google Play due to policy non-compliance, incomplete account login declarations, or copyright issues in developer assets, the developer must provide a fixed build. Upon resubmitting the corrected .aab bundle, Google initiates a fresh review which takes an additional 6 to 7 business days.

Because our Organization Company is verified and active since 2018, compliant applications bypass the standard 20-tester closed testing mandate and are submitted directly to the Production Track.

2. Developer Eligibility & Policy Compliance

By submitting an application to our platform, you warrant and agree that:

  • You own or hold valid licenses/permissions for all code, assets, trademarks, branding, sounds, and media within your app bundle.
  • Your app complies fully with all Google Play Developer Program Policies, including content ratings, user data safety declarations, and target API level requirements.
  • Apps containing illegal content, malware, spyware, deceptive behavior, financial fraud, phishing, copyright piracy, or hate speech are strictly prohibited and will be rejected with immediate account blacklisting.

3. Hosting Period & Annual Renewal Rental Policy

Every newly published application includes 1 Full Year (365 Days) of hosting and live maintenance on Google Play under our developer account.

šŸ”„ 1-Year Hosting & Renewal Rental:

  • The initial publishing fee covers your app's live hosting for exactly 1 full year from the publication date.
  • If the developer does not initiate an App Transfer to their own Google Play Console before the 1-year period ends, a nominal yearly renewal hosting fee of ā‚¹1,600 / year applies to keep the app actively maintained and hosted on the Play Store.
  • Developers can transfer their live app to their own Play Console anytime with zero penalty.

4. Technical Facilitation & Unpublishing Policy

We provide developer assistance and publishing infrastructure to help creators get their software live.

JMD WORLD is strictly a technical publishing facilitator and bears ZERO liability for any third-party complaints, copyright strikes, user reports, legal notices, or damages resulting from the published app.

āš ļø User Reports, Policy Strikes & Temporary Unpublishing: If Google Play flags an app, receives user abuse reports, or issues a policy strike:

  • The developer must immediately rectify the issue or request an instant App Transfer to their own console.
  • JMD WORLD reserves the unconditional right to temporarily unpublish the app from the Play Store to protect the health of our Verified Organization Company (Since 2018) until the developer provides a compliant fix.

5. Payments, Crypto USDT & Dual Currency Discounts

We accept payments in both Indian Rupees (INR ā‚¹ via UPI & Bank Transfer) and US Dollars (USD $ via Crypto USDT TRC20 network).

  • All promotional codes and discounts entered by clients automatically apply across both currencies proportionately (e.g. ā‚¹50 discount converts to equivalent USDT discount).
  • All submissions must include a valid UTR reference or blockchain Transaction Hash (TXID).
  • If an application cannot be published due to an internal console technical fault on our end that cannot be resolved, a 100% full refund or complimentary resubmission will be issued.
  • No refunds will be granted if the developer provides fake malware, deceptive bundles, or refuses to fix policy violations identified during the pre-release review.

6. Affiliate Partner Program Terms

  • Affiliate partners earn a fixed or custom commission for every successfully approved client publishing order made through their referral code or link.
  • Affiliate promo codes work seamlessly worldwide for both INR and USDT transactions.
  • Commissions are credited after admin payment verification. Minimum payout threshold is ā‚¹500 (or $6.00 USDT).
  • Self-referral fraud or fake submission spamming will result in immediate termination of the affiliate account.
